Agreement Overview: By electing to participate in the Inner Self Mastery Program offered by Shana Marie Alfaro (referred to as "Participant" or "Client"), whether through purchasing online or opting in via the early bird option, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and Shana Marie Alfaro.

1. Programme Outline: A. Inner Self Mastery is an 8-week live program designed to strengthen participants' connection with their inner selves. The program consists of weekly curriculum sessions and weekly one-hour question and answer calls conducted virtually via recorded video calls with a group of fellow program members. B. Participant acknowledges reading the Program Outline and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as any additional policies and procedures provided by Shana Marie Alfaro.

2. Pricing and Payment: A. The cost of the program is $997 CAD. All prices are exclusive of taxes. Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated and added during the checkout process. B. Payment can be made in full upfront or through a payment plan option of 3 installments of $444 CAD each, totaling $1332 CAD.

3. Refund Policy: A. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. To qualify for a full refund, customers must submit a written request to [email protected] by 12:00 AM (midnight) of the 7th day from the date of purchase. Refund requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Intellectual Property: A. All content and materials provided in the Inner Self Mastery program, including but not limited to, recordings, handouts, curriculum, worksheets, exercises, and any supplementary materials, are the exclusive property of Shana Marie Alfaro. B. Participants understand and acknowledge that the content and materials provided are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials without prior written consent from Shana Marie Alfaro is strictly prohibited. C. By participating in the Inner Self Mastery program, participants are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the provided materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the program materials. D. Participants agree not to share, sell, or otherwise transfer their access to the program materials to any third party without the express written consent of Shana Marie Alfaro. E. Any violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action being taken against the participant, including but not limited to, injunctions, damages, and attorney's fees.

5. Participant Responsibilities: A. Participants are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions, actively engaging with the curriculum, and adhering to program guidelines. Failure to comply with program requirements may result in termination of participation without refund. B. Participants agree not to share, copy, or distribute any program materials without prior written consent from Shana Marie Alfaro.

6. Non-Disclosure: A. Participants understand that one of the primary elements of the Inner Self Mastery program is the benefit of obtaining expert guidance, teachings, materials, and exercises. Following participation in the program, participants will have gained access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of Shana Marie Alfaro. Participants agree not to share, copy, or distribute any program materials or information obtained through the program without prior written consent from Shana Marie Alfaro.

7. Liability and Disclaimers: A. Shana Marie Alfaro and associated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the participation in the Inner Self Mastery program. B. Participants understand that individual results may vary and hold Shana Marie Alfaro harmless for any dissatisfaction with the program.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: A. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ajax, Ontario.

9. Terms Updates: A. Shana Marie Alfaro reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Participants are encouraged to review the terms periodically for updates.

11. Programme Access: A. Once the Client purchases the Program, all modules and related materials will be available for access during the following 8 weeks from purchase. B. The Client will be notified via email near the end of the access period and must download all applicable materials before access ends.

12. Dispute Resolution: A. Should a dispute arise between Shana Marie Alfaro and the Client, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiations and discussions. If unable to reach a resolution informally, the dispute shall be submitted for arbitration in accordance with the procedures outlined in the original terms and conditions.
