When you learn how to understand all parts of yourself, the patterns become clear, and so does the way forward. What once felt stagnant and stuck starts to move, and the life you have wanted for yourself finally becomes possible.
What therapy looks like with me
This is one-on-one therapy in a safe, compassionate, and completely confidential space, held with warmth and without judgement. Whether this is your first time reaching out or you have tried therapy before, you are in the right place. Together we become aware of the patterns and blocks keeping you stuck, and gently create movement in the parts of your life that have turned out differently than you hoped.
You will learn tools and new ways of seeing that bring your life into closer alignment with what you actually want. I will guide you toward your own innate wisdom, building genuine self-worth and well-being. We do this through evidence-based, leading-edge techniques, including guided visualisation and experiential, body-based work, so the change reaches deeper than talk alone.
It is through healing your inner world that you transform your outer world, and take back control of your life.
The relationship that changes everything is the one with yourself
At the heart of this work is learning to understand and work with the different parts of who you are. Most of us were never shown how. You cannot work with what you cannot see. So together, we start to see clearly.
The spiralling thoughts, and the loops that will not switch off.
The intense feeling, the heaviness, the sense of being unsettled. What you might name as anxiety or depression.
Where the feeling actually lives, and where so much of it is held.
